Leadership in Action was the theme of the leadership training held in Bogor on June 6 to 8, 2022 for all managerial levels within the PT TEMAS Tbk. The training accommodated by PT TEMAS Tbk. together with ACT Consulting was very nicely packaged. An interactive and productive atmosphere was felt in every session.

Starting from exploring what 'Leadership' is at the beginning of the first day's session to being closed by creating a project called ALP (Action Learning Project) at the end of the third day's session is expected to be applied in the company as a form of responsibility to the company.

"For me, the leadership training held on June 6-8, 2022 answered our needs as leaders who have been given the trust of the company, especially top management, to broaden our perspective and increase core & technical competencies in the hope that in the future we can become leaders who are more capable, effective, and committed to contributing to the progress of the company." Nastasya Victoria's impression as Temas Jakarta Branch Manager having attended the training.

Besides, this training was also opened directly by Mrs. Faty Khusumo as the President Director of PT TEMAS Tbk. who gave extraordinary enthusiasm to all training participants by reminding that all training participants are real examples who take part in helping the Indonesian economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 to successfully grow above 5%.

Finally, this training is hoped to be able to unlock the potential of each individual trainee and to build a leadership spirit that can bring Temas, in particular, and Indonesia, in general, to be better.
