"2021 is a year of excellence for PT Temas Tbk's business. In the midst of us all facing various difficulties due to the pandemic, the business we run shows very good results. Several strategic steps have been taken to increase the company's profit, including adding 11 units of ships, so the company's fleet carrying capacity becomes 24,673 TEUs or 373,874 DWT. The company also acquired the depot business through a subsidiary of PT Temas Depo, namely PT Depo Lautan Nusantara which is engaged in container depot management services and formed a joint venture with OOCL Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited in June 2021 under the name PT Bunga Plum Logistik, as well as the formation of a new shipping company to enter into international services for heavylift and bulk goods. 

In the General Meeting of Shareholders, several things were decided, including approving and accepting the results of the Directors' Performance Report for the 2021 financial year and approving plans for company development in 2022 with a Capex of IDR 1 Trillion and dividend distribution with a total of IDR 500 Billion.

President Director of PT Temas Tbk. Mrs. Faty Khusumo also explained that the company will diversify its subsidiaries, digitize logistics, and continue to develop the "Klik Temas" system, a system developed for the digitization process, so with this system, it is expected that customers can be facilitated in the process of booking cargo to the process of picking up cargo at the destination port.
