All of TEMAS Group Board of Commissioners and Directors as well as employees at the level of General Manager participated in the “Special Directorship Program” in-house Training organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) on 4-6 October 2022 located at Holiday Inn, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta .

Using an international standard curriculum, this training aims to increase the capacity and quality of company leaders so they can implement Good Corporate Governance.  Some of the topics covered in the training included the Directors and Commissioners capabilities and competencies, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Corporate Investment, Subsidiary Governance and so on.

This training is expected to improve skills and unlock the potentials of each individual trainee in order for them to implement good corporate governance practices and make TEMAS, in particular, and Indonesia in general, better.
