PT TEMAS DEPOT, one of the Company's subsidiaries, has opened a new subsidiary located in Surabaya, East Java. PT TEMAS DEPOT JATIM is a company engaged in the service business of Container Depot and Warehousing Management and has received approval in the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on May 10, 2023. The opening of a new subsidiary aims to develop types of business activities supporting the Company's business, particularly in the field of Container Depot and Warehousing Management for East Java Province.

It’s considered that opening a new subsidiary can be a business expansion and support the operational activities of Container and Warehousing Depots, especially in the East Java province within the company group, so that they can be smoother and more condutive. In addition, the expected impact will be added value to the Company's consolidated revenue and have a positive impact on the financial statements.
