Commitment is probably the right word to describe Ms. Inge Supatra as the IT Director in the TEMAS Group structure.

A myriad of innovations have been felt in the first years of her joining which can be said to be quite successful in bringing significant changes from the classic business model within Temas to a digital-based business model that remains customer-oriented. Not only that, she also continues to consistently bring positive changes that bring Temas into a better company.

Ms. Inge Supatra, the figure of Kartini behind TEMAS Group whose existence successfully broke the negative stigma that women could not be a leader, even she became one of those who was able to break the stigma that most IT Directors were led by men.
